STEP 2: Add as a Friend
Use the QR code included in your reservation confirmation email.

If you open the email on your PC → Scan the QR code.

If you open the email on your smartphone → Tap the QR code.
After connecting to the LINE app, follow the instructions to add us as a friend.
STEP 3: Send Your First Message
Please send us the following three details:

Your Name
-
Reservation Date
-
Nationality or Preferred Language
(Example): Taro Yamada / 2025-08-21 / English
STEP 4: About the Translation BOT
Based on the language information you provide, we will set up a translation BOT.
Once set, you can send messages in your preferred language.
※ If your language is not supported, communication will be in English.

With Bluetooth, you can connect a headset and communicate hands-free while driving.Please note: if you register with a company email address, the system may automatically create a business account and prompt you to switch to a paid plan. We recommend registering with a personal Gmail or similar account.

From the moment your reservation is confirmed until the end of your experience, LINE will be our main communication tool. To use all necessary features, a few simple settings are required. Please check the details later on this page.
The LINE QR code and other setup information are included in your reservation confirmation email, so please keep it safe until your setup is complete.

For » YOUR DRIVE «, you will need 3 apps.
Among them, [LINE] will be used as our main communication tool from the moment your reservation is confirmed until the end of your experience.
Some settings are required for [LINE]. Please check the details later on this page.
[Google Maps] and [Zello] should be installed on your smartphone in advance and ready to use.
If you wait until the day of the event to set them up, it will reduce your experience time.
