For smooth check-in and preparation of your experience, please gather at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. (Example: 14:00 start → Gather by 13:50)

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to join and no refund will be issued.

If you expect to be late, please contact us at least 30 minutes in advance. With the consent of all participants, the start time may be adjusted.
